Please send your defective product back to us with a $4 (check or money order) for shipping and handling. In return, we will send you a pair of the exact or similar style glasses of comparable retail value. We make every effort to replace broken Pugs Sunglasses with the same model and color that you sent us, however sometimes we do not have an exact match as styles change from year to year.
