Normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, lost or stolen glasses are not covered in this warranty, we do not repair product, and we do not have spare parts. Please send your defective product back to us with a $4 (check or money order) for shipping and handling. In return, we will send you a pair of the exact or similar style glasses of comparable retail value. We make every effort to replace broken Pugs Sunglasses with the same model and color that you sent us, however sometimes we do not have an exact match as styles change from year to year. In these cases, we choose the closest match from our current assortment, or upgrade you to the most comparable sunglasses of higher retail value. *You do not have to register your product*
