If you are not fully satisfied with the order you placed online, please return the product to us for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. The receipt must be included in the box, and the tags still on the product, or we cannot issue a refund. No exchanges. This return policy is valid only for online orders at Pugsgear.com.

All in-store purchases must be handled at the location of purchase and are subject to the retailer's refund policies. We cannot refund any money that was exchanged between a retailer and a customer. We can only issue refunds for items that were purchased directly from Pugs Gear. Retailer's may have their own exchange/warranty policy for their location. If your product is defective or damaged and you would like a replacement please see our limited lifetime warranty for Pugs Sunglasses below as well as our limited 1 year warranty for Pugs Cell Phone Accessories.
Pugs Warranty and Guarantees
Pugs Sunglasses have a limited lifetime warranty and replacement guarantee that covers only manufacturer defects. Normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, lost or stolen glasses are not covered in this warranty, we do not repair product, and we do not have spare parts. Please send your defective product back to us with a $4 (check or money order) for shipping and handling. In return, we will send you a pair of the exact or similar style glasses of comparable retail value. We make every effort to replace broken Pugs Sunglasses with the same model and color that you sent us, however sometimes we do not have an exact match as styles change from year to year. In these cases, we choose the closest match from our current assortment, or upgrade you to the most comparable sunglasses of higher retail value. *You do not have to register your product*
Pugs Phone Accessories have a limited 1 year warranty and replacement guarantee that covers manufacturer defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered in this warranty; nor do we repair product. Please send your defective product back to us with a $4 (check or money order) for shipping and handling. In return, we will send you the exact or similar style of phone accessory of a comparable retail value.
Other product: No other Pugs product has a replacement guarantee or warranty.

Pugs, Inc. currently only ships within the United States. We do not ship to APO addresses. We use USPS for our preferred shipping method. Please allow 7-10 days after you have received an update that your order status has been changed to shipped, for your package to be delivered. Currently we are not able to link tracking numbers to your order.

Occasionally we run out of stock on some of our product. We do our best to keep the website updated with a notice of items that are not available. If you buy an item that is not available, then we will inform you via email or phone. At that time, we will ask you to select a different item of comparable retail value. If we do not receive a response from you within 30 days, we will cancel the order.
